169th Fighter Wing honors annual award winners
U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Carlos Farias Perez, an aircraft electrical systems specialist assigned to the 169th Maintenance Squadron, earned Noncommissioned Officer of the Year honors for exceptional technical expertise and dedication to sustaining aircraft readiness.
