Swamp Fox F-16 fighter jets return to McEntire JNGB
F-16 fighter jets from the South Carolina Air National Guard’s 169th Fighter Wing began their move back to McEntire Joint National Guard Base, Feb. 4, 2023. The F-16s have been temporarily operating from Columbia Metropolitan Airport in West Columbia, South Carolina, since April 2022, due to major runway renovations at McEntire JNGB.
