SC National Guard Hurricane Matthew Emergency Response
U.S. Soldiers with the 1053rd Transportation Company, 1050th Transportation Battalion, 228th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade, South Carolina Army National Guard drive through flooded roads to evacuate residents of Nichols, S.C., Oct. 10, 2016. The town of Nichols flooded due to the heavy rain caused by Hurricane Matthew.
