U.S. Soldiers with the 1-178th Field Artillery Battalion, South Carolina Army National Guard help escort Horry County Fire Rescue paramedics through flooded roads to reach someone in need of medical attention in Conway, S.C., during Hurricane Matthew, Oct. 8, 2016.
