Operational Readiness Inspection, Phase I
Master Sergeant David Warner of the 169 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron waits atop an F-16 for the aircrafts pod to be loaded from below. Airmen of the 169th Fighter Wing, McEntire Joint National Guard Base, South Carolina are evaluated during a Phase I Operational Readiness Inspection (ORI) from 15-16 December 2007. An ORI evaluates a unit's ability to process personnel, equipment, and aircraft from home station to a deployed location safely and efficiently.
