Airman repairs F-16

Technical Sergeant Charles Talbert replaces a bulb on the tail of an F-16 Fighting Falcon assigned to the 157th Fighter Squadron, South Carolina Air National Guard (SCANG). The jet is undergoing scheduled maintenance while deployed to Kadena AB Japan.
