F-16's from McEntire Joint National Guard Base, S.C. prepare for takeoff while parts of the runway are under construction, September 23, 2010. Large portions of McEntire's runway were being rebuilt during the summer which caused the runway to shutdown and aircraft were moved to the Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), located at Savannah International Airport in Savannah.
