Happy Summer Everyone!!

If you are looking for a few healthy snack ideas for work/home with the kids here are a few fun ideas!

  1. Mix two oz of favorite yogurt with two oz. of small curd cottage cheese. Even if you aren’t a fan of the cottage cheese due to texture the yogurt will mask that.
  2. Peel a banana and cut lengthwise, then add one tbsp of peanut butter, then put in freezer zip lock bag and freeze for about an hour. Super DELICIOUS and good for you too!
  3. Peel a banana and freeze for several hours, then mash with a fork while adding one tbsp of peanut butter and a few tblps of milk to make your very own banana peanut butter ice cream.
  4. Put a chocolate, or banana yogurt in the freezer for about an hour. When you take it out, eat one spoonful out of the top and replace with peanut butter. Very similar to ice cream without all the fat.

If anyone would like to mock test or needs help with up coming PT test, please reach out to me at michelle.walker.9.ctr@us.af.mil.

Wishing everyone a safe, happy and healthy summer!!
