Yummy Fat-Burning recipe, and so easy too!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites:

3 cups slow cooked oats (uncooked)
1 cup all natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
3 Tbsp chocolate whey protein
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup water
* Add 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips and/or coconut flakes for extra texture.

Mix everything together and then roll into 1 inch balls. You can eat them right away or put them in freezer for your on-the-go tasty energy treats!

Exercise in order:
Use dumbbells, barbells, and machines - in that order. The smaller, stabilizer muscles you use with dumbbells fatigue before your larger muscle groups. So, progress to machines which require less help from your smaller muscles as you grow tired.
