U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Rick Morgan, a mechanic with the 169th Maintenance Squadron propulsion unit at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, S.C., remotely controls the throttle to a Pratt Whitney 229, block 52 jet engine from inside the test cab at the hush house, Mar. 2, 2013. The throttle inside the cab replaces the controls of an aircraft giving the ability to check and maintain a standalone engine.
